Three exported functions incorrectly call cw_isNeedToRefresh() instead
of their intended methods:
- isNewTransactionExist: now calls cw_isNewTransactionExist()
- resetIsNewTransactionExist: now calls cw_resetIsNewTransactionExist()
- height: now calls cw_height()
Fixes #182
